This Privacy Notice applies to all our Applicant. In this regard, we act as the data controller under the PDPA. Therefore, we are committed to collect and process Applicant's personal data in accordance with our purposes and scope as specified herein this Privacy Notice.

As used in this Privacy Notice, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

“legal bases” means justifiable reasons to process personal data in accordance with Section 24, as well as special conditions to process sensitive data in accordance with Section 26 of the PDPA.

If there came upon a case where your personal data were to be processed for other purposes that cannot be justified by any other legal bases, we would inform you and ask for your consent to process personal data on such uses.

In addition, we would like to inform you that in cases where the processing of your personal data is carried out for compliance with legal obligation or contractual necessity or is necessary for the performance of a contract, not providing such personal data may not allow us to fulfill the objectives mentioned above.
